About This Calculator
This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, considered the most accurate formula for estimating Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) for most people. The BMR is then multiplied by an activity factor to get your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).
